About Graham County Court Docket

Graham County court information is divided among the District Court, its clerk, municipal courts, and the Kansas statewide search system. Each source answers a different question. This privately operated resource organizes those routes so readers can identify the proper portal, court office, address, or phone number without mistaking one custodian for another.

Why We Built This Site

Kansas permits public access to many case indexes and court records, but access depends on the court and the kind of material requested. The Clerk of the District Court maintains Graham County District Court dockets, while each municipal court maintains its city ordinance docket. The Kansas Judicial Branch Public Access Portal brings public district case information into one search system. Kansas Supreme Court Rules 22 and 24 still restrict some cases, documents, and personal information. The site organizes verified contacts, portal instructions, case-number formats, and request routes around those boundaries.

What You Will Find Here

  • Docket guides: how criminal dockets and civil dockets are searched and read in Graham County
  • Court dates and settings: how to read the court calendar and confirm a hearing date or setting
  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
  • Record requests: how court records and certified copies are requested from the clerk of court

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site, not part of any Kansas court, clerk's office, or government agency. Its role is limited:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Third-party providers power search boxes found on some content pages. Each provider controls its service, results, prices, and privacy terms. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports this resource. Graham County Court Docket does not set partner charges or control the records a partner returns.
